SATB Homeobox Protein Regulated Gene Expression in Rcho-1 Rat Trophoblast Stem Cell Line

SATB Homeobox proteins are expressed in high levels in rat trophoblast stem (TS) cells. SATB1 and SATB2 play important role in maintaining trophoblast cell stem-state. We established loss of function mutation of SATB1 in Rcho-1 rat TS cell line using targeted shRNAs. mRNA-sequencing was performed on Rcho-1 cells transduced with control (SATB1 shRNAs) and differential expression of genes was analyzed using CLC Genomics Workbench.
