In our previous study, we demonstrated that CD34+ cells promote the repair of aortic dissection. Building on this, we have constructed CAR-CD34+ cells to investigate their role in the repair of aortic dissection. To gain a comprehensive understanding of how CAR-CD34+ cells mitigate the development of thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection (TAAD), we performed transcriptomic analysis of aortic tissues using bulk RNA sequencing. Furthermore, previous studies have indicated that CD34+ cells suppress inflammation and promote tissue repair through various mechanisms, including the secretion of exosomes. To elucidate how CD34+ cells attenuate the inflammatory response and facilitate aortic dissection repair, we conducted miRNA sequencing to further explore the underlying molecular mechanisms.
