资源简介:
Dataset in support of the Southampton doctoral thesis 'The functional effect of CD1c responsive T cells in human tuberculosis TB'. The data came from various experiments using cellular and biochemical methods to address the hypothesis at hand. GraphPad Prism is required to view these files: Biotin_ELISA.prism - contains values of the amount of fluorescence emitted by biotinylated CD1c proteins in a biotin ELISA. Titration_of_CD1c-endo_tetramers_and_dextramers.prism - Various T cell lines were stained with increasing amounts of CD1c-endo tetramers or dextramers and analysed using flow cytometry. CD1c_kinetics.pzfx - Cells expressing CD1c were analysed using flow cytometry and frequency data was obtained using FlowJo. The frequency of MoDCs expressing CD1c was measured at three time points post differentiation. Cytotoxic_responses.zip - contains the expression of cells infected with a range of MOIs of TB and levels of cytotoxicity caused as well as statistical analysis of ToxiLight data presented in Figures across the thesis. Luminex_cytokine_release.zip - includes Luminex data of chemoattractants released by infected and uninfected THP1-CD1c cells as well as heat map of cytokines secreted by P3D7 and P1C5 T cells, as well as analysis of T cells producing a significant amount of cytokines. Microsoft Word is required to view these files: Consent Form Control – template of the consent form. Patient Information Sheet Control - template of the patient information sheet.
