CASZ1 is a novel and potent activator of terminal epidermal differentiation. CASZ1 knockdown inhibits transcription of the epidermal differentiation program. p63 and p300 are required to activate CASZ1 expression. RNA-sequencing of control and CASZ1 siRNA-treated keratinocytes in the differentiated condition. 2 replicates per condition. ChIP-sequencing of p63 and H3K27ac in progenitor and differentiated keratinocytes. 2 replicates per condition.
