The gene expression profiling between Control and 4,4'-Methylenebis(2-chlorobenzenamine) exposure for 4 weeks in liver of F1-TKm30 female mice transplanted with commercially available human hepatocytes. Overall design: Female 8-week-old NOG mice expressing HSVtk mutant clone 30 cDNA under the control of mouse transthyretin gene enhancer/promoter (F1-TKm30 mice) were transplanted with commercially available human hepatocytes. After 9 or 13 weeks (17- or 21-week-old), mice were treated with 0 or 0.05% 4,4'-Methylenebis(2-chlorobenzenamine) (MOCA) for 4 weeks. After treatment, mice were sacrificed, and removed livers. Control and MOCA treatment: 4 control female mice, 5 MOCA-treated female mice, respectively.
