Leading areas in which marketers used AI worldwide as of 2023

During a March 2023 survey, when asked about their primary ways of using artificial intelligence (AI) for marketing purposes, 53 percent of responding professionals said they did not use AI in any field. Among the main areas in which marketers used AI stood customer service and support, as well as advertisement targeting and analysis, with 19 and 18 percent, respectively.
