B cell repertoire sequencing of tumor, adjacent lung, and blood from patients with lung adenocarcinoma

We performed adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) of IgM and IgG from matched tumor, adjacent lung, and peripheral blood of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients. Tumor repertoires showed clonal expansion, affinity maturation, and distinct IGHV enrichment compared to other tissues. Subisotype-resolved analysis further revealed IGHG usage patterns linked to tumor-infiltrating B cell abundance. These data provide a resource for understanding B cell repertoire dynamics in LUAD.
