The Storage-Compute Separation Platform is a self-developed data platform by China Telecom. It implements source-code-level optimization for big data components such as Ceph, supports retrieval of 10 billion-scale small files, and boasts daily PB-level file read and write capabilities. The platform provides functions including object storage, KV storage, and metadata acceleration. It can be applied to scenarios such as cold data storage, large-capacity data storage, and multi-cluster data sharing, and resolves issues like unbalanced storage and computing resources by independently scaling storage and computing resources.
