Limonium bicolor Transcriptome of clustered salt gland. Limonium bicolor

Based on the position and inducing time of clustered salt glands, the total leaf can be divided into petiole and surface (1:4), with clustered salt glands and normal salt gland respectively. The clustered salt gland generating stages was defined as 6-15 days after sowing. Three replicates were performed and around 3000 leaves (~0.5 g) were enriched. The materials from surface of Mock were marked as Mock-su, petiole of Mock was Mock-pe, surface of BA was BA-su, and petiole of BA was BA-pe. After library preparation and library quality inspection, PE150 (paired-end 150 bp) sequencing was performed using Illumina novaseq platform.
