Identify the composition of functional microorganisms such as lactic acid-demanding bacteria (fermentation bacteria), other hydrogen-producing bacteria and hydrogen-type bacteria in the microbiota, and further explore their key functional genes; Based on the same culture system, metatrtomics and metabolomics were used to analyze the gene expression, electron donor transformation and product delivery of functional microorganisms, and to elucidate the electron transport pathways of the microbiota. The key functional microorganisms for electron donor metabolic transfer were selected. Different co-culture systems were constructed by inhibiting acetogenic bacteria, methanogenic bacteria, etc. The concentrations of intermediate metabolites and the abundance changes of key functional microorganisms were analyzed to verify the electron transport paths in the microbiota and analyze the interspecific electron interaction relationships in the microbiota.
