Transcription profiling of human skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Homo sapiens

Skin squamous cell carcinomas are among the most frequent human cancers. In this study we compared the expression profiles of 10 skin SCCs with a set of 3 normal human epidermis controls. Overall design: Total RNA from 10 surgically excised skin SCCs were analyzed in parallel with a set of 3 normal human epidermis controls.
