资源简介:
Oral melanoma (OM) is one of the most common malignancies in dogs. Most OM in dogs exhibit malignant behavior, characterized by rapid invasion of surrounding normal tissues, metastasis to the regional lymph nodes, lungs and occasionally to other distant organs. Treatment options for dogs with malignant OM include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. The objective of this study was to evaluate the transcriptomic landscape of OM-affected dogs following treatment by radiotherapy (preceded by chemotherapy)
