We report the expression profile of beta-synuclein reactive CD4+ T cells isolated from blood and brain in animals affected by Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis Overall design: WIld-type or transgenic beta-synuclein reactive CD4+ T cells were sorted from blood, brain meninges and brain parenchyma 3 days after i.v. T-cell transfer. mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina platform.
