数据集包括三个部分：1）全长转录组和基因组数据。含丹参、川贝母、东北红豆杉、绞股蓝、马比木等16种药用植物的全长转录组测序原始数据及校正和去冗余后的转录本数据。长春花、喜树、白木香和龙血树四种药用植物的基因组测序原始数据和组装后的全基因组序列数据。2）已鉴定的药用植物功能基因序列。3）药用活性成分的GC-MS图谱。该数据集可以为丹参、川贝母等药用植物相关研究提供基因序列，为进一步开展相关基因的分子生物学研究提供基础。This dataset consists of three components: 1) Full-length transcriptomic and genomic data. It includes raw full-length transcriptome sequencing data and corrected, de-redundant transcript data for 16 medicinal plant species including *Salvia miltiorrhiza*, *Fritillaria cirrhosa*, *Taxus cuspidata*, *Gynostemma pentaphyllum* and *Nothapodytes pittosporoides*, as well as raw genomic sequencing data and assembled whole-genome sequence data for four additional medicinal plant species: *Catharanthus roseus*, *Camptotheca acuminata*, *Aquilaria sinensis* and *Dracaena cochinchinensis*. 2) Identified functional gene sequences of medicinal plants. 3) GC-MS chromatograms of pharmacologically active ingredients. This dataset can provide gene sequence resources for studies on medicinal plants such as *Salvia miltiorrhiza* and *Fritillaria cirrhosa*, laying a solid foundation for further molecular biological research on relevant genes.
