This repository provides the reproducibility data, numerical outputs, computational scripts, tables, and figures supporting the manuscript “Capture-Aware Dynamics in a Periodically Paced Mitchell–Schaeffer Model.” The study investigates periodically forced dynamics in a smoothed Mitchell–Schaeffer cardiac-cell model using a capture-aware stroboscopic framework, cycle-wise peak voltage, binary capture sequences, conditional Lyapunov exponents, Kaplan–Yorke dimension estimates, parameter scans, and periodic-orbit continuation. The archive contains the complete set of 18 manuscript figures, source data for the manuscript tables, numerical simulation and analysis scripts, Lyapunov and robustness calculations, period-three continuation and saddle-node bifurcation data, figure-generation resources, manuscript-related source files, and documentation mapping the supplied files to the corresponding figures and tables. The materials are provided to facilitate verification and reproducibility of the numerical results reported in the associated manuscript.
