Head and Neck Cancer Tumor-Infiltrating Leukocytes from Control and Obese Hosts

This is a single-cell data set that renders the immune landscape of murine head and neck squamous cell carcinomas resected from control and obese hosts. Each sample contains a pool of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) from five tumors in each group. About equal number of TILs from each tumor in the same group were mixed and subjected for single-cell processing.
