Dataset for "In Situ Observation of Pressure-Enhanced Hydrous–Anhydrous Solid Solution in Lower-Mantle SiO₂–AlOOH Phases"

This dataset supports the manuscript “In Situ Observation of Pressure-Enhanced SiO₂–AlOOH Solid Solution in the Lower Mantle” submitted to Geophysical Research Letters. The Excel workbook includes four worksheets:Table_S1: Experimental conditions and run products.Table_S2: Chemical compositions and lattice parameters of recovered run products.Table_S3: Experimental pressure-temperature conditions and cell parameters.Table_S4: DFT-derived cell parameters. These data support the reported phase relations, recovered-sample compositions, lattice parameters, and structural parameters in the SiO₂–AlOOH system.
