Single-cell Transcriptomics of Dengue-infected Mice Intestines

Severe Dengue is a serious health problem. We aim to understand the pathogenic mechanism of vascular leakage, which can cause organ failure and death. Using the Flex assay, we analyzed transcriptome changes in individual cells of the mouse model's intestine following infection with DENV. Our focus was on immune cells, including T cells and phagocytes.
