资源简介:
There are some reports that a history of intestinal lesions is a risk factor for Parkinsons disease (PD) . And, it is reported that the fecal metagenome analysis of patients with PD differs from that of control subjects. Moreover, appendectomy is associated with lower risk of developing PD. But, the relationship between PD and appendectomy by metagenome analysis level is ambiguous. In this study, gut microbiome analysis was performed to clarify a relationship between PD and appendectomy. The results showed that the different tendency of valiance of alpha diversity of gut metagenome analysis between in subjects with a history of appendectomy and in subjects without a history of appendectomy, and the difference of metagenome pattern between PD patients and healthy subjects.
