New Inflammation Markers in Patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
收藏资源简介:
Objectives: The aim of the study was to examine the levels of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio, systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) and systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Background: SII and SIRI are new, cheap and easy parameters indicating systemic inflammation. Methods: In this retrospective, naturalistic, cross-sectional study, we collected the hematological parameter data of 500 patients with OCD and 309 healthy subjects served as the healthy control group. Results: Leukocytes, neutrophil, platelet counts, and mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, SII, and SIRI values were significantly higher in the obsessive-compulsive disorder group compared to healthy controls (p
