Data on certain sweat markers (sodium, potassium) of Cameroonian soccer players, handball players and half-marathoners and their responses to questionnaires on hydration, sweating and eating habits.

These data concern the dosage of sweat markers such as sodium and potassium in three groups of Cameroonian athletes, namely soccer players, handball players and half-marathoners. The sweat was collected following a Bruce test. Sociodemographic and physiological parameters were also measured. A questionnaire providing information on hydration, sweating and eating habits was also provided.
