省水资源取水许可证基本信息是对取水许可证信息的记录，包含取水许可证、统一社会信用代码，经纬度信息等。因费改税政策，先将部分站点月数据进行推送至税务局进行佐证材料的收费依据。该表会先筛选出部分稳定性较高，准确率较好的站点，与对应的取水许可证信息进行关联，将关联好的数据进行汇聚，旧表则是汇聚取水许可证上的基本信息。该表只共享给税务使用。

The basic information dataset for provincial water resource water withdrawal permits records core information related to water withdrawal permits, including permit numbers, unified social credit codes, longitude and latitude coordinates, and other relevant details. In accordance with the fee-to-tax reform policy, monthly data collected from some monitoring stations will first be submitted to the tax bureau as supporting materials for establishing fee collection basis. This dataset will first screen out stations with relatively high stability and accuracy, associate them with their corresponding water withdrawal permit information, and aggregate the linked dataset. In contrast, the legacy table only aggregates the basic information printed on the water withdrawal permits. This dataset is exclusively shared for tax-related work purposes.
