Paediatric Arterio-Venous Malformation Somatic Mutation Study (PAVM-SMS)

The goal is to evaluate the use of liquid biopsy to find somatic genetic changes in AVMs. Blood samples were collected from the AVM draining vein or from peripheral veins, and cfDNA was analyzed using ultra-deep targeted sequencing.
