Preprocessed ERA5-Land Soil Moisture, GOSIF-GPP and GOSIF-SIF Datasets for Flash Drought and Ecosystem Response Analysis

This dataset contains the preprocessed data used for the analysis of flash drought characteristics and ecosystem responses. The dataset includes: 1. ERA5-Land soil moisture data used for flash drought identification and characterization.2. GOSIF-GPP data used to quantify ecosystem productivity responses to flash drought.3. GOSIF-SIF data used to evaluate vegetation physiological responses to flash drought. The corresponding analysis code is publicly available on GitHub:https://github.com/liguanjun01/flash-drought-ecosystem-study The data have been preprocessed for use in the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
