通过采集、分析国内OLED材料的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在OLED材料中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和OLED材料现有专利分布数据,了解国内OLED材料企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比,以帮助国内OLED材料研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对国内OLED材料相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和国内OLED材料整体的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用:根据企业各类专利的比例范围与OLED材料整体中各类专利占比情况相比较,了解企业专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。
This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP) data pertaining to domestic OLED materials. Firstly, the data is grouped by patent assignees, and the total number of patents and patent layout status owned by enterprises and individuals in the OLED material sector, as well as the current patent distribution data for OLED materials, are counted to gain insights into the overall patent landscape of domestic OLED material enterprises and individuals. The quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property are calculated, so as to support domestic OLED material R&D and manufacturing enterprises in formulating intellectual property strategies and receiving guidance for patent applications.
1. Data Collection: Relevant authorized and pending invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents related to domestic OLED materials are retrieved from third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms, based on criteria including region, patent IPC classification numbers, patent titles, and keywords, and the corresponding patent information is collected.
2. Data Processing: The collected raw data is processed by removing duplicate and incomplete entries, followed by data cleaning and classification.
3. Data Calculation: The collected data is grouped by patent assignees. The total number of patents owned by the target assignee and the overall domestic OLED material patent pool, as well as the quantity of each patent type, are counted. The proportion of invention patents is calculated as (number of invention patents / total number of patents), the proportion of utility model patents as (number of utility model patents / total number of patents), and the proportion of design patents as (number of design patents / total number of patents).
4. Data Application: By comparing the proportion range of each patent type held by an enterprise with the proportion of each patent type in the overall domestic OLED material patent pool, the enterprise's patent layout status can be assessed. This work provides guidance for enterprises to select appropriate subsequent patent application types, and offers support for enterprises of various scales to formulate intellectual property strategies and obtain patent application guidance, so as to achieve reasonable patent layout.
