资源简介:
To investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of fungi in indoor dust from university dormitories, the research team selected 12 dormitories (housing 48 students) at a university in Chongqing. A total of 1110 valid dust samples were collected from beds, desks, and floors across four seasons. High-throughput sequencing of the fungal ITS gene was performed to analyze the species composition and relative abundance of bacteria and fungi in the dust, and statistical methods were used to examine their spatiotemporal differences.Alpha diversity analysis revealed that: 1) the fungal species diversity in dormitory environments exhibited significant differences across seasons and spatial locations (sampling sites); 2) the fungal diversity and richness in female dormitories were significantly higher than those in male dormitories. Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and Wallemia were the dominant fungal genera. Fungal genera such as Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and Wallemia showed significant differences among seasons, spatial locations, and genders. Typical pathogenic bacteria including Enterobacter, Fusarium, and Acremonium exhibited significant differences across seasons and spatial locations. The above results indicate that the indoor microbial community in university dormitories is complex, with obvious spatiotemporal variations. This study can provide basic data support for the precise control of indoor microbial pollution in university dormitories.
