This dataset provides insights into spatial accessibility to healthcare and education services across Tunisia. It has been created using free and open tools such as openrouteservice and open data sources, primarily OpenStreetMap (OSM). To assess accessibility to education and healthcare, travel-time isochrones are used, which are polygons representing areas reachable within a given time or distance by car. These isochrones are overlaid with WorldPop population data to calculate the population within specific time and distance intervals. The unit of analysis is defined by country borders, and results are summarized at finer administrative levels where available. The dataset includes various variables such as geographic information, identifiers/metadata, and provides detailed information on train and test splits.
