NRS-151 | Card register of stock medicines

Records the name of the wholesale dealer, name of the product, cost of registration, receipt number, date certificate was despatched, the prescription, remarks (the number given is a page reference to the Minute Books) and amendments. Each formulation is entered on a separate card on which the above information is recorded annually. The original order has been destroyed. Arrangement seems to have been alphabetical by the name of the wholesale dealer. All the cards dealing with products of the one dealer have been given the same number and further arranged alphabetically under the name of the product(4/7589-7590B). 3 boxes.
