Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA18 was isolated from urine samples frompatients with urinary tract infections.The aim of this work is to provide full genome data on clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA18 isolated from urine samples from patients with urinary tract infections. Annotation of the full genome sequence of strain provides information about the characteristics of this pathogen and can serve as a molecular basis for understanding the genes and pathways associated with the pathogenesis of urinary tract infections.
