Minutes of the 78th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 21 June 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the April meeting, endorsed IFLA’s positions on Controlled Digital Lending and the WikiLibrary Manifesto, and approved the draft revised IFLA-UNESCO Public Library Manifesto. Key decisions included appointments to Advisory Committees, approval of Handbook sections and amendments to the Rules of Procedure, and adoption of the 2020 financial statements. The Board also reviewed the Risk Management Framework, WLIC 2021 and 2022 updates, and the 2021 Planning Dashboard. The meeting concluded with discussions on orientation for the incoming Board and an executive session.
