Enzymatic hydrolyzed soybean meal on gut microbial diversity of aquatic animals

Soybean meal is an important feed material, but the anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal have a negative impact on animal growth. Studies have shown that enzymatic pre-digestion treatment can effectively reduce or eliminate anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal, improve the nutritional quality ofsoybean meal, and increase feed utilization. The present studies investigate gut microbiota of crab, cryfish and fish at different diets of enzymatic hydrolyzed soybean meals.
