Taxonomic inconsistency for each species are reported as the number of: individuals of a given species not grouped as monophylum (tci), individuals of heterogeneous distance-based cluster (cl.het), individuals of a species found in more than one cluster (sp.split) and all individuals of a species in a homogeneous cluster with members in at least one other homogeneous cluster.
