Estrogen receptor genome and transcriptome sequencing

Investigation of estrogen receptor (ER) binding patterns in breast cancer cells with increased levels of exogenous ER. Changes in ER binding and gene transcription were measured in the presence and absence of estogen. The goal of this work was to determine how increased levels of ER expression in a breast cancer cell line may alter the proliferative response to estrogen.
