Xenium data from 12 urothelial carcinoma tissue section (2/2)

This dataset comprises spatial transcriptomics data generated from two Xenium slides, including tissue microarrary (TMA) cores from 12 patients with urothelial carcinoma. The data were acquired using the Human Immuno-Oncology panel following the manufacturer's protocol (CG000582 Rev E, 10x Genomics). Due to the large file size, the dataset is provided as a compressed archive split into multiple parts. **Note:** All `.partXXX` files must be located in the same directory before reconstruction.
