Dataset of PM10 and PM2.5-associated PAHs from two locations in North-Western Greece

Dataset of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), extracted from daily inhalable particulate samples, collected in two locations in North-Western Greece. The location of the sampling stations was an industrial area with extensive open-cast mining operations for a period of one year (December 2017 to November 2018). The samples were collected using low volume samplers and particles trapped with 47 mm quartz fiber filters. PAHs in particulate samples were analyzed using dichloromethane extraction followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.
