Source data for Supplementary Figure 30 and Supplementary Figure 32: Molecular network and chemical annotation of hop cone metabolites

Data used to generate Supplementary Fig. 30 and Supplementary Fig. 32 . This dataset contains the full merged-polarity molecular network presented in this study, together with the associated chemical annotation and quantitative metabolite data. The file 20230328_APODEV_MERGE_CS.cys is a Cytoscape session file containing the complete merged-polarity molecular network. It includes the output of the chemical annotation workflow, with assigned chemical annotations for each detected feature at annotation levels 1 to 3. The session also includes normalized peak area data for each biological replicate from bract and gland tissues, as well as the calculated sum for each feature. The file 20230328_APODEV_MERGE_MNoutput_adj.csv provides a curated tabular overview of the same merged-polarity molecular network. It includes the output of the chemical annotation workflow, with determined chemical identities for each feature at annotation levels 1 to 3, together with normalized peak area values for each biological replicate from bract and gland tissues and their calculated sums.
