In this folder the raw data of the mass spectrometer and root weight 

of Cucumis sativus are stored

In Data_MS_Thesis_FleurVerdonkschot_12228125 the extracted peak areas of themass spectrometer are stored, for the freeze drying and the SPE methods.

In Raw_Data_Thesis_FleurVerdonkschot_12228125 the varying sheets contain the following data:

-Sample identification (the treatment of each sample, the label and its randomization number)

-The table lay-out (where each plant was placed according to the randomization)

-The rootweight of each sample

-Freeze drying: the peak areas of each sample before and after normalization with the root weight

-SPE: the peak areas of each sample before and after normalization with the root weight

-The signal to noise ratio of each relevant sample and their means
