Spreadsheet structure: In the rows of the exploratory study are the identifications of the datasets of the three categories, Government and Public Sector, Transport, and Education, Culture and Sports. In the columns are the best practices. When the dataset under analysis meets the best practice the abbreviation "Y" was placed, if it has not been met, "N" was used, and when it was not identified, "NI" was used. In some BP's the abbreviation "NA" was used, meaning that it does not apply.
