资源简介:

Description of Data and Code Availability All data and code supporting the manuscript of “Antarctic sea-ice loss drives Southern Ocean production regime shift” (Chao Zhang, Thomas J. Browning, Anmin Duan, Eric P. Achterberg) are publicly available. Datasets and custom scripts are summarised below All custom scripts developed for this study are archived and freely accessible: Trend calculation (Fortran 90) – Computes linear trends, statistical significance, moving t-test, Empirical Orthogonal Function (EOF) analysis for gridded data. Information flow (MATLAB) – Implements the Liang–Kleeman information flow method to quantify causal direction between Antarctic sea ice and atmospheric circulation. Storm pressure density index (MATLAB) – Processes synoptic-scale storm tracks, applies trajectory‑level quality control, and computes austral summer pressure‑density indices over the Southern Ocean. Land–sea mask generation (MATLAB) – Uses M_Map and GSHHS coastline data to create an accurate high‑resolution land mask.
