Real-time microRNA quantitative PCR array of serum exosomes II

Mouse serum exosomes were harvested from osteoclast-exosome blockage (OCExo-BLK) mice or osteoclast-exosome intact (OCExo-Intact) mice at 2w after anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT). The exosomes were lysated and processed by Exosome RNA Column Purification Kit (System Biosciences). The miRNA were profiled using the Exosomal microRNA Amplification and Profiling Kit (System Biosciences) miRNA qPCR expression profiling. Equal amount exosomal miRNAs from three independent OCExo-BLK mice and three OCExo-Intact mice were pooled for gene expression analysis.
