CITEseq of migratory nLCncDC1 of skin-draining lymph nodes from MC903-treated mice

Characterization of OX40L-expressing migratory DC and their Siglech-lineage tracing in skin-draining lymph nodes Overall design: We performed scRNA-seq to characterize migratory non-LC-non-cDC1 from MC903-treated BFP and RFP dual reporter SiglechiCreTg/0ROSA26LoxP-STOP-LoxP-RFPTnfsf4KI/+ mice. We used Hashtag oligos (HTO) to label 4 populations according to the expression of reporters: BFP+RFP+ (B+R+), BFP-RFP+ (B-R+), BFP+RFP- (B+R-) or BFP-RFP- (B-R-) for multiplexing. We also used Antibody Derived Tags (ADT) labeling in ordre to retrieve protein expression level for surface markers.
