资源简介:
This dataset consists of three sets of spatially random sampling points (10,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 points) across Mainland Southeast Asia. Each sample point includes data on five major taxonomic groups of endangered species and associated environmental variables. The species data are based on potential distribution outputs of endangered species generated using the Maxent v3.4.4 ecological niche modeling framework, covering five key groups: plants, birds, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians. Environmental variables include mean annual precipitation (MAP), mean annual temperature (MAT), and elevation (sourced from the 2020 WorldClim v2.1 database with a resolution of 30 arc-seconds), as well as slope, aspect, and topographic ruggedness index (TRI), which were derived through GIS-based spatial analysis. All raster layers were reprojected to WGS 1984 and resampled to an approximate spatial resolution of 250 meters using bilinear interpolation. The dataset is provided in CSV format and is suitable for species distribution modeling, environmental filtering analyses, and multi-scale biodiversity research.
