Descriptions of 14 Integrated Home Renovation Service (IHRS) Business Models: A Comparative Business Model Canvas Analysis

This dataset contains structured descriptions of <strong>14 Integrated Home Renovation Service (IHRS)</strong> business models collected as part of the research publication <em>“Integrated home renovation services as a means to boost energy renovations for homeowner associations: A comparative analysis of service providers’ business models.”</em>Each business model is analyzed using the <strong>Business Model Canvas</strong> framework to identify how different service providers <strong>create, deliver, and capture value</strong> in the context of multi-apartment building renovations.
