This deposition contains the derived datasets, R/Python code, statistical output workbooks, and figure-generation scripts used in a scientific manuscript on pace-standardized lifespan and quarter-power tempo invariance in mammals (Kim & Kim 2026). The package supports reproducibility of the 953-species canonical analyses and the primary 901-species tree-matched phylogenetic generalized least squares (PGLS) inference across 100 posterior trees from the Upham et al. (2019) mammal phylogeny. It includes: - Locked derived datasets (953 canonical, 901 tree-matched).- R scripts for the 901-species PGLS analyses (PSL and raw lifespan) using 100 posterior trees, MCC checks, and a leave-one-major-group-out PGLS sensitivity analysis.- Python scripts for 953-species OLS, raw-lifespan checks, tempo-exponent sensitivity (a = 0.20, 0.25, 0.30), and ecological subgroup OLS.- Final result workbooks, the supplementary materials workbook, and publication figures (Fig. 1–3).- Session information and a SHA-256 manifest for integrity. Large third-party raw data sources (AnAge, PanTHERIA, PHYLACINE, EltonTraits/MamFuncDat, Mammal Diversity Database) are not redistributed; raw data acquisition is documented in docs/raw_data_sources.md. The phylogenetic tree files are redistributed with attribution as permitted by their CC-BY 4.0 license. See README.md and docs/RUN_ORDER.md inside the package for the reproduction starting point and run order.
