Supporting material for the manuscript "Striated muscle-specific base editing enables correction of mutations causing dilated cardiomyopathy" (to appear in Nature Communications). Consists of single-nuclei RNA-Seq obtained from mouse heart contractile muscle cells (cardiomyocytes). Genotypes include wildtype, mutant in the RBM20 gene (P635L), as well as in vivo CRISPR-edited mutants using 3 different adeno-associated virus base editors - NRCH, NRCH8e, SpRY.
