Bacillus magaterium SBI_S2_AM_BD Raw sequence reads

Bacillus megaterium is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, spore-forming bacterium commonly found in soil, water, and various environments. It is widely recognized for its industrial and biotechnological applications due to its ability to produce a diverse range of enzymes, including amylases, proteases, and lipases. The objective of this study was to investigate the presence of various enzyme-related genes in SBI_S2_AM_BD, a strain isolated from the soil of BSCIC Tannery Industrial State, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh, to assess its potential for future industrial applications.
