Time series of available capacity of German power generation units (2015-2024)

This data repository contains hourly time series of unavailable and available capacity (MWp) of 384 power generation units operating on the German electricity markets (2015 - 2024). Information on planned and unplanned outages is retrieved from ENTSO-E Transparency Platform (15.1) and EEX Transparency Platform. Information on actual generation and installed capacity is retrieved from ENTSO-E Transparency Platform (16.1.A). Methodology and source code for the data processing are available at https://github.com/chiara-fb/avail-time-series.
