Biodiversity-relevant criteria in solar siting identification and data repository

We assembled a panel of practitioners with expertise in biodiversity and solar development from across the United States. The panel participated in a three-hour online workshop, where practitioners identified which spatially-explicit biodiversity-relevant criteria are perceived as vital within most, if not all, solar suitability analyses (core criteria) and which are limited in use due to data constraints or site-level granularity (peripheral criteria). The results in this file show (1) criteria definitions, (2) criteria designation (core/peripheral/disputed), and (3) publically-available data to support core criteria.
