PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web production apparatus and a sheet production apparatus， capable of producing a high-quality sheet， with prevention of occurrence of variation in thickness. SOLUTION: A web production apparatus comprises a defibration part having a rotary blade for defibrating a fiber-containing material， a detection part for detecting the amount of electrification on the defibrated product obtained in the defibration part， and a control part for controlling operation of the defibration part.
