This series comprises volumes of reports of the Chief Engineer at Prince Henry’s Hospital (previously known as Melbourne Homoeopathic Dispensary 1869-1876; Melbourne Homoeopathic Hospital 1876-1934) (VA 441). The reports were addressed to the hospital’s Board of Management. From May 1981, the Chief Engineer reported to the Building & Resources Development Committee. Matters reported on include furniture and equipment purchases and installation, building alterations, fuel consumption, licences, plant and machinery, air conditioning, projects, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting.
